New Mexico Translators & Interpreters Assn (NMTIA) Workshop

Crime Lab Director John Kresbach and his staff will train NMTIA members in the inner workings of the Crime Lab.  Their presentation will include the following topics: CSI, Tool Marks, Firearms (Ballistics), Blood Breath Alcohol,  Latent Fingerprints, Drug Chemistry, DNA

and tours of:
The Evidence Locker
The Mobile Crime Unit.

This will be an excellent training for both Interpreters and Translators in terminology and police criminal investigation procedures and is offered at no cost to NMTIA members.  Free resource materials will be provided and 3 CEUs have been approved by NMAOC for this program.  Registration is open to NMTIA members only and slots will fill quickly.
